The Facts:
Too many drivers are learning by their mistakes in different driving situations. Driving should not be Trial and Error there are too many catastrophic consequences. Drivers aged between 17 and 21 make up for more than 10% of all licence holders but are in involved in 20% of all injury accidents A young male driver is 7 times more likely to be involved in a fatal road accident than a middle aged man. Every year over a 1000 people die in road accidents involving young drivers. It's not just the younger driver who is at risk. Older people who take the driving test later in life are at a much higher risk than those who have driven for some years. Research by the Transport Research Laboratory shows that 'lack of driving experience', not immaturity, is the main factor! The solution to these facts is a Pass Plus Course!
